This paper presents a novel scheduling scheme for the real-time home energy management systems based on Internet of Energy (IoE). The is multi-agent method that considers two chief purposes including user satisfaction and consumption cost. designed under environment microgrid. impact in terms cost savings generally significant system efficiency. That why domestic users are involved appliances. optimization algorithms an improved version rainfall algorithm salp swarm algorithm. In this paper, Time Use (ToU) model proposed to define rates shoulder-peak on-peak hours. A two-level communication connects microgrid system, implemented MATLAB, cloud server. local level utilizes IP/TCP MQTT used as protocol global level. controller study succeeded saving 25.3% by using 31.335%
